Aditi Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 1st shift in East Moline, IL. The role requires hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and hands-on use of Excel and Outlook.

You will oversee operations from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and must be onsite from day one, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to company policies. The position offers competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is desired.
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Outlook.

Pay Transparency

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.00 - $40.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
