Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 1st shift in East Moline, IL. The role requires hands-on supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and hands-on use of Excel and Outlook.

You will oversee operations from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and must be onsite from day one, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to company policies. The position offers competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is desired.
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Strong supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Supervise operations during the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Ensure onsite presence in East Moline, IL from day one.
