Qualifications

• Two years supervisory and transportation experience.

• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and dock operations.
• Supervise drivers, hire, train, schedule, and discipline as needed.
• Lead weekly/daily shift meetings to discuss updates and issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep vehicles in good condition.
• Monitor misrouted or damaged shipments; analyze root causes and act.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve freight issues and ensure service levels.
• Ensure accurate handling of shipping paperwork and records.
