Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team and directing shift operations.
• 3+ years of heavy equipment operator experience, 2+ years as lead or supervisor.
• Strong maintenance and preventative maintenance background is a plus.
• Computer proficiency and basic software familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a small workforce on a shift.
• Be familiar with company preventative maintenance programs and safety policies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Lead the shift and ensure efficient operations and on-time performance.
• Be a key player in operations and decision-making on the floor.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good organizational skills and the ability to provide leadership and direction to a small workforce
• Must have knowledge/familiarity with Company preventative maintenance programs and procedures, safety programs, as well as company policies and operating procedures.
• Computer proficiency helpful.
• Strong desire to be a "key player"
• Leads and is in charge of a shift (turn)

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operator experience, 2 years of which must have been as a Lead or Supervisor
• Will also consider an applicant with a strong maintenance and preventative maintenance background.
