Job summary

Kellanova in Cary, NC seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the night shift (5pm–5am) production team and oversee daily operations, ensuring production goals, quality control, and safety compliance.

You will direct and support a team of operators, drive continuous improvement with 5S, RCA, and LEAN, manage competing priorities, and foster accountability and execution across the plant. The annual salary range is $76,160–$99,960, with discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Operations Supervisor

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (5pm‑5am) production team at our Cary, NC plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift working toward production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.

• Continuous Improvement – Have an owner’s mindset and knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• High school diploma or GED with substantial proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work evenings.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,160 – $99,960, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
