Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our day shift production team at the Cincinnati, OH bakery. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure production targets are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

In this role you'll coordinate schedules, drive continuous improvement using 5S, RCA, and LEAN, and develop your team to be the best. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with substantial supervisory manufacturing experience.

Title: Operations Supervisor

Description:

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our day shift (7am -7pm) production team at our Cincinnati, OH Bakery. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. Lead various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you build capabilities across your team.

• Production Line Support - Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals.
• Direction and Servant Leadership - Showcase your people leadership skills as you provide direction and support to your team of associates.
• Safety First - Our values are important to us; especially ensuring people and food safety. A “safety first” attitude is a key ingredient for our success.
• Continuous Improvement - Demonstrate an owner’s mindset and that come with continuous improvement, use of tools including 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and LEAN techniques.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
• Must be willing to rotate to other shifts (including night shift) as needed.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,200 - $100,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
