Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Blue Anchor, NJ facility to oversee night-shift manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead a team of operators, apply 5S, RCA, and LEAN principles, and coordinate production goals, schedules, and material changes in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes adaptability and teamwork on a high-speed production line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
• Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes.
• The ability to work an off shift.

Job description

As an Operations Supervisor, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in where the definition of “teamwork” holds true! You’ll use your humility and hunger to learn to successfully oversee the day-to-day activities of the plant. Being flexible will help you drive results, as we are always shaking and moving. With your can-do, go-getter work ethic, we’re positive you’ll fit right in. This role will operate on our night shift at the Blue Anchor, NJ facility.

As an Operations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. Your decisions directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety. You are orchestrating the creation of those golden, crispy waffles that families love. Kellanova plants operate at high speed, constantly evolving through continuous improvement. Adaptability and agility are key. Plus, you get to be part of producing millions of Eggo waffles—how cool is that?

We’re Looking for Someone With

Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,200-$104,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
