Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business or Engineering preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, distribution, production, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.

We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Orange County, CA. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an ambitious operations professional looking to take on increased leadership responsibility and build a long-term career within aerospace manufacturing.

The Operations Supervisor will support day-to-day operational performance, lead and develop employees, analyze key performance metrics, and work cross-functionally to improve productivity, throughput, quality, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities:
