Green Mountain Transit (GMT) in Burlington, VT, seeks a supervisor to oversee daily fixed-route operations, communicating accurate information to Bus Operators and the public while ensuring ADA and DOT compliance through regular observation and coaching.
You will supervise Operators, provide feedback and training, support dispatch/passengers, manage detours and OTP, and assist with safety, investigations, and occasional driving as needed.
Responsible for providing supervision and supporting the daily operations for the fixed route service. Communicate consistent and accurate information to Bus Operators and the public. Ensure compliance with ADA and DOT regulations through regular and consistent daily observation and counsel.
Education and Experience:

Must be proficient in or have the ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Mail. Ability to become proficient with video recording systems.
