• Oversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipments, inventory audits, and omni-channel transactions
• Lead on the sales floor by coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and reinforcing luxury service standards
• Collaborate with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes and improve efficiency

The Role

The Floor Lead, Operations plays a key leadership role in supporting store performance through operational excellence, inventory integrity, and elevated client experiences. As a trusted partner to store leadership, this individual upholds luxury standards across all aspects of the business while fostering a seamless and refined in-store environment.

Blending operational expertise with a strong presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead, Operations supports team development, cultivates clientele, and contributes to the achievement of store sales and KPI goals.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
• Strong operational and inventory management expertise
• Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement
• Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
• Polished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Compensation

In accordance with California salary transparency guidelines, the expected hourly rate for this position is $27.00–$29.00 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
