Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support daily laboratory operations and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for supervising frontline staff, supporting operational excellence, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality service across multiple locations. The Operations Supervisor serves as a key leader within the region, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members while driving workflow efficiency, quality standards, and a positive employee and patient experience.
This position works in a laboratory and patient service environment and may involve exposure to biological materials. Team members are expected to follow all safety and regulatory requirements.
