Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time lab supervisor to lead operations, develop and motivate staff, and ensure client-focused service across multiple units.

The role involves reviewing metrics, optimizing processes, and upholding safety, compliance, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.

In This Role, You Will
