An Operations Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team by planning and driving store execution and performance, focusing on excellent customer service to build consumer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth store operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
