Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This role will design, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, developing and managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Director of Operations will collaborate with senior leadership to set operational priorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support company growth. This role also involves identifying operational risks, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
