Job summary

ASM Global Arena Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Event Setup to support concerts, sports, and live entertainment at our Winston-Salem venue. You will help transform spaces by setting up tables, chairs, staging, and other equipment and ensure readiness for guests and performers.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, are reliable team players with strong communication, and can lift and move equipment safely. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, curtains, and other event equipment.
• Help transform the arena from a sports venue to a concert setting.
• Ensure event spaces meet specifications and are ready for guests, performers, and athletes.
• Assist with other event-related setup and operational tasks as needed.
• Work with a fun, hardworking team in a fast-paced environment.

• Convert the venue for upcoming events by setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, staging, risers, curtains, and other event equipment
• Help transform the arena from a sports venue to a concert setting and everything in between
• Work alongside a fun, hardworking team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure event spaces meet specifications and are ready for guests, performers, and athletes
• Assist with other event-related setup and operational tasks as needed
