We are currently seeking an Operations Sr. Manager, 2nd Shift for our Garland, UT, distribution center. You will coordinate inbound operations to meet or exceed customer service levels and achieve financial goals. You will establish effective communication across teams and with our Customer Service department. Experience with WMS/WCS, RF equipment, sortation, conveyor systems, and forklifts is required. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

A typical day includes:

• Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on order volumes
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and receipts
• Training associates on procedures
• Maintaining high morale and recognition programs
• Partnering with HR and operations leaders on staffing and hiring
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Recommending process improvements
• Collaborating with supervisors to improve operations and set continuous improvement goals
• Contributing to safety and security programs
• Developing associates through cross-training and tools

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a distribution center
• College degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• Minimum 7+ years in high-volume distribution
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
