Job Title: Operations Sr. Manager, 2nd Shift

Location: Garland, UT

In this role, you will coordinate inbound operations to meet or exceed customer service levels and achieve financial goals. You will establish consistent communication across teams within the distribution center and with Customer Service. Candidates should have experience with sophisticated WMS/WCS systems, RF equipment, sortation, conveyor systems, and forklifts. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, independence, and proactive action-taking.

A typical day includes:

1. Planning and monitoring daily labor needs based on order and volume forecasts.
2. Ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of orders and receipts.
3. Training associates on proper procedures.
4. Maintaining high morale and recognition, managing turnover.
5. Partnering with leadership and HR for staffing and hiring.
6. Ensuring policy compliance.
7. Recommending and implementing process improvements.
8. Collaborating with supervisors to improve operations and pursue continuous improvement.
9. Supporting safety and security programs.
10. Developing associates through tools and cross-training.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a distribution center.
• College degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in high-volume distribution.
• Strong team management and performance coaching skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
