Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking an Operations Associate in Dallas to join the Global Operations Team. You will work across private investment execution, counterparty management, pipeline cash management, and reporting for a range of funds and accounts in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, timely setup of new investments, and developing operational efficiencies with relevant technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of back-office operations experience in a buy-side environment that invests in private, highly structured transactions.
• Experience with Advent Geneva and Eze Castle is a plus.
• Strong communication and Excel skills; ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team that focuses on deal execution for U.S. private investing activities.
• Support deal execution, pipeline management, transaction settlement, and booking/monitoring.
• Assist with exits, restructurings, risk reporting and derivative hedging activities.
• Ensure cash/credit availability for new investments and adherence to settlement controls.
• Coordinate with counterparties and external partners; support investor relations and reporting.
