As a Top Secret Data Analyst for this program, you will work in an organization dedicated to developing and operating software for critical national security applications. The organization employs SCRUM and SAFE Agile methodologies along with strong DevOps practices.

Your responsibilities include creating, producing, and maintaining ticketing system reports and metrics, providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports, establishing and maintaining Service Level Agreements, identifying workflow gaps and presenting solutions, analyzing customer service requests, and preparing various reports. You will also utilize trouble-ticketing software, monitor system operations, and recommend improvements.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree (additional experience may substitute if degree is absent)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent certifications/work

Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

Daily tasks may involve Help Desk support, administrative and logistics support, data analysis, and leveraging Microsoft tools.
