INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for in-office duties in Texas. The role includes reviewing invoices, reconciling statements, and coordinating payments under the 700 Operations Administration department.

The successful candidate will handle supplier communications, maintain vendor records, and support monthly financial closes with basic MS Office skills. This is a full-time in-office position located in McAllen, TX.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices and prepare them for payment; verify details.
• Reconcile statements and process payments and fuel cards.
• Distribute Bi-Monthly Wire Transfer Memos; obtain officer review/approval.
• Process monthly restitution payments.
• Assist with vendor acquisition and sending bids.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for various accounts payable and operational duties such as, invoice review and prep, credit card statement reconciliations, and report generation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review invoices, communicate with vendors to obtain W-9s, prep invoices for payment
• Reconcile credit card statements, fuel cards, Home Depot, process for payment
• Distribute Bi-Monthly Wire Transfer Memos, obtain Officer Review/Approval submit timely
• Process monthly restitution payments
• Assist with vendor acquisition and sending jobs out to bid
• Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
• Strong organizational and follow up
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as, Word, Excel, and Outlook

EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED equivalent
