Job summary

Azimuth Capital Management in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking an experienced operations professional to join the team supporting internal operations and client service. The role involves onboarding, funds movement, client interaction, and process improvement within a collaborative environment.

You will work with senior management on reporting, special projects, and compliance, contributing to new systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• College degree required; other industry-related qualifications or designations a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in similar operations-associated role.
• Experience with client onboarding, cashiering and/or account billing a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in an informal, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client/account onboarding, coordinating with clients, custodians, and team members.
• Move client funds or assets following firm processes.
• Interact with clients, professionals, and custodian personnel to meet client needs.
• Support operations workflows and internal reporting; contribute to policy and procedure improvements.
• Assist in special client-driven questions or issues and in new systems implementation.
