Job summary

Park Avenue Capital, Omaha-based wealth management firm, is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to support advisory and operations teams by coordinating account administration and maintaining client records. The role emphasizes onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of investment and insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and a superior client experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you partner with advisors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or investment management industry.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and team oriented.
• Commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Progress towards security licenses ( SIE, Life & Health, Series 7, Series 63)

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding investment clients and account opening documentation.
• Support account transfers, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
• Process paperwork for advisor review and submission.
• Respond to routine client service requests.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Support reporting, meeting preparation, and administrative activities.
