Job summary

Azimuth Capital Management, on-site five days a week in Bloomfield Hills, MI, seeks an Operations professional to support client onboarding, cash flow movements and account servicing. You will work with the operations team to address client needs and streamline processes.

Ideal candidates have a college degree, 5+ years in operations, and strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Office 365 and industry tools like Advent Axys/Moxy, Black Diamond and FactSet.

Qualifications

• College degree required; other industry‑related qualifications a plus.
• 5+ years' experience in similar operations‑associated role.
• Experience with client onboarding, cashiering and/or account billing a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client/account onboarding, coordinating with clients, custodians and team members.
• Assist with movement of client funds or assets.
• Interact with clients, professionals and custodian personnel to address needs.
• Improve firm systems and workflows to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support internal reporting and compliance activities.
• Contribute to special projects involving new systems and workflows.
