Job summary

CFMOTO USA is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and operational support for Sales and Enterprise Operations. The role manages sales orders from receipt through fulfillment and shipment, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and 3PL to ensure accurate entry and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating order entry, producing reports, maintaining data integrity, and supporting across departments to maintain high customer service levels.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent in experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or business administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • High attention to details and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as business evolves.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the order receipt and entry of powersports vehicles from the field sales group, ensuring completeness and accuracy upon entry
  • Prepares and/or creates reports for internal and external communications. May maintain databases including the entry, analysis and the gathering of information to product reports. Must exercise solid judgement/discretion in the collection and dissemination of sensitive/confidential information
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism and projecting a positive image of CFMOTO Powersports
  • Effectively communicates with Sales Support, internal departments (Logistics, Finance, Accounting, and Enterprise Operations) and our 3PL to keep everyone abreast of the status of the sales orders throughout the life cycle of the orders
  • Works closely with Logistics to ensure the customer requested vehicles and timing needs are communicated to the Distribution Center
  • Reviews customer orders, inventory levels and financial standing to determine the appropriate orders and timing for submission to banking partners, while balancing internal inventory availability and customer needs
  • Ensure all sales order changes are coordinated with Enterprise Operations and Distribution Operations to ensure ability to accept and process the changes
  • Provides administrative support, including but not limited to customer and sales support, handling return authorizations, responding to customer inquiries, data entry, and assisting with intra-departmental documentation, organization and file management
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job description

Additional information
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the US
  • Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; ability to work required hours

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $54,080-$65,000 annually. Our competitive salaries are just one component to CFMOTO's total compensation package.
