Job summary

Burly Botanicals, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep daily functions running smoothly. You will support production, fulfillment, inventory management, vendor coordination, and internal workflow optimization to ensure orders move from creation to delivery.

You will maintain clean operational data in Google Sheets and internal systems, generate weekly reports on order volume and inventory status, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and streamline processes as the company

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong data hygiene and experience with spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with SOPs, process improvements, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order flow from Distru and other sales channels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped on schedule.
• Monitor delivery confirmations and proactively resolve issues with carriers or customers.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Google Sheets, Distru, and internal systems.
• Track inventory levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate low-stock alerts and coordinate replenishment with purchasing.
• Support production scheduling by ensuring materials and documentation are ready.
• Maintain clean, accurate data across operational platforms.
• Generate weekly reports on order volume, fulfillment performance, and inventory status.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, lead times, and delivery updates.
• Work with logistics partners to troubleshoot delivery issues or optimize shipping methods.
• Support compliance documentation and record-keeping as needed.
• Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements to reduce errors and increase speed.
• Help implement new SOPs, tools, or automations.
• Ensure operational processes stay aligned with Burly’s brand standards and regulatory requirements.
