Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks an organized individual to enter orders, generate purchase orders, and expedite shipments in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will support account managers, track performance, and assist with invoicing and credits while maintaining strong communication with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; two years related experience acceptable.
• Experience in electrical and automation distribution.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Positive attitude and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors.
• Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe.
• Expedite orders as needed to meet customer's requested ship date.
• Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries.
• Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer's needs.
• Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking.
• Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals.
• Work cooperatively with other OTC associates.
• Offer assistance when required.
• Invoice Monthly Billings
• Track Customer Credits

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00/hr. to $25.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Experience and knowledge of electrical and automation distribution.

• Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
• High level office computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge a must.
• Interact with co-workers with a positive attitude to maintain a friendly and productive work environment
