Responsibilities

• Enter and update project and opportunity data.
• Track and manage staffing and project administration changes, keeping data up to date.
• Educate users on system functionality and promote effective software use.
• Answer questions about system tools and resolve issues.
• Drive process refinement: proactively identify improvement ideas and lead their implementation.
• Assist on Service Line special projects, such as planning all‑hands meetings, managing software tools, and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively across channels (emails, instant messaging, Microsoft Teams) to collaborate and achieve timely outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (consulting or client‑facing professional services is a plus).
• Experience owning projects and tasks from start to finish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Excel) and business communication platforms (e.g., WebEx, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional document creation.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels.
• Experience with modern workflow tools such as Asana and/or Smartsheet.
