Consultant - Connected Communications role at Spur Reply (part of the Reply Network) is a go-to-market consulting opportunity focused on helping clients turn interactions into a competitive advantage. We are hiring for the Connected Communications service line. You will work with clients and teammates to develop high-quality deliverables that leverage communication and project management skills, helping clients impact their organizations and target markets while benefiting from on-the-job learning, coaching, and mentoring. We value an AI-first mindset and a willingness to experiment with AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

Location: Seattle, WA; Kansas City, MO; Chicago, IL; Bloomfield Hills, MI; Malvern, PA; or Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Drive client workstreams and create deliverables such as marketing materials, sales enablement assets, and executive presentations using AI-first approaches.
• Quickly understand project purpose and context, researching and analyzing information with AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and drive outcomes.
• Develop ideas for deliverable structure and drafts tailored to audience needs and project objectives.
• Own revisions and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to meet standards.
• Present context, questions, and recommendations clearly; participate in working sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Draft client communications, prepare for meetings, and follow up on next steps to drive project progress.
• Perform project management tasks, including creating workback plans, setting priorities, tracking timelines, and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, business administration, liberal arts, or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant professional experience (consulting or client-facing professional services a plus)
• Experience in storytelling and content creation, including development of visual concepts
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and deliverables from start to finish
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Excel; familiarity with Teams and Zoom
• Experience with AI tools and a track record of using them to enhance creativity and daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional documents
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good business acumen with awareness of current business and technology trends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from mentors and peers
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Figma

Compensation

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $67,000 and $97,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are based on market data and may vary by region, prior experience, skills, education, certifications, and other qualifications.
