Thompson Gray, Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the U.S. Army in Huntsville, AL.

The role serves as the operations lead in a DoD product office, directly supporting the Product Director and Deputy Product Director in managing daily operations. Key responsibilities include GO SES interaction, installation management with DPW, alternate IMO duties, property book, facilities management, and liaison with USAWHC, CASCOM, and T2COM.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Must be proactive and highly organized.

• Understanding of cost, schedule and performance considerations.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in a DoD product office and support the Product Director and Deputy Product Director in daily operations.
• Serve as the operations lead and coordinate with GO SES interactions and DPW for installation management.
• Manage liaison activities with USAWHC, CASCOM, and T2COM; support property book and facilities management.
• Coordinate alternate actions and visits; maintain routine communication via phone, email, and in-person.

Thompson Gray is seeking an Operations Specialist to support for the U.S. Army.

Job Duties

• The selected candidate will work as the operations lead in a Department of Defense (DOD) product office. The operations lead will directly support the Product Director and Deputy Product Director managing daily operations.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • GO SES Interaction
  • Installation Management (Interaction with DPW)
  • Alternate Information Management Officer (IMO)
  • Property Book
  • Facilities Management
  • Alternate Actions Coordinator
  • Divisional Visits
  • All Military interaction

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive Experience in operations management or related discipline
