Range USA is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through meticulous inventory control, compliance, and efficient operational processes. You will manage receiving, pricing accuracy, and audit-ready backroom organization while adhering to firearm regulations.

Working with store leadership, you’ll handle inventory, reporting, and customer order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor and backroom.
• Receive and process inventory and e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct inventory counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety policies.
• Process customer orders, layaways, and service support with timely communication.
• Assist leadership to maintain stock levels and operate a safe, compliant store environment.

This role ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local firearm regulations, while maintaining organized and efficient backroom and administrative operations.
