About the role

The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other Insight departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers. Along the way, you will get to:

• Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests
• Works inter-departmentally to support and successfully fulfill requests
• Build and maintain relationships
• Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality
• Responsible for accurate documentation
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently
• They must be an effective multi-tasker with strong organization and time management skills
• Good communicationskills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential
• The ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables is needed
• The ability to read and understand documents and technical information is critical

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong Excel skillset
