Supervises the day-to-day operation, people, and processes of one or two support areas (generally administration and customer service) in compliance with established policies and procedures. Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations. Further accountabilities include: Improvement of operational systems, processes, and policies; Facilitating better management reporting, information flow, and business planning; Management of and increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of support services; and Oversight of financial management systems and internal expenses. Does not directly manage employees, but may direct others.
Required: Bachelor's degree; No experience required. Prior office management experience. Excellent communication skills (oral/written). Preferred: Behaviors: Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task.
