What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own processes related to expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation
- Audit datasets and submit corrections through appropriate channels and software
- Manage incoming requests and escalation paths, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Create and maintain documentation related to training, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support and drive special projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administration or customer service/support
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, and UKG Kronos
- Comfortable with occasional weekend or evening availability for urgent support
