Job summary

JotForm Inc. seeks motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our Boise Operations Team (Freight / Internet Fulfillment).

This on-site role supports receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and fulfilling online customer orders to ensure a smooth store and online experience. You'll gain hands-on experience with top outdoor and sporting brands and enjoy employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, warehouse, freight, inventory, or fulfillment experience.
  • Experience with inventory, order management, e-commerce, or shipping systems.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse technology.
  • Forklift certification is helpful.
  • Basic math, data entry, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Receive shipments, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Organize merchandise in the backroom and maintain accurate storage locations.
  • Replenish the sales floor by locating and moving merchandise from the backroom.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe freight areas.
  • Follow company safety and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Use inventory systems and technology to locate products on the sales floor and in back stock.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare online customer orders for shipment.
  • Arrange and track outgoing shipments and assist with order issues, returns, exchanges, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe fulfillment areas.
  • Work as part of a team to support efficient store operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Job description

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individuals to join our Operations Team (Freight / Internet Fulfillment). In this fast-paced role, you will help keep our store and online fulfillment operations running smoothly by supporting both incoming freight and outgoing online orders.

As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory locations, and fulfilling online customer orders. Your work directly impacts the efficiency of our store operations and the quality of our customers’ shopping experience—from our sales floor to their doorstep.

You’ll also get hands-on experience with top brands such as Hoka, Hoyt, HydroJug, K2, La Sportiva, Nike, Osprey, Sitka, The North Face, Sage, Therm-a-Rest, and Vortex, while enjoying employee-only discounts and exclusive vendor deals

Key Responsibilities
