In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our online order processing and shipping operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Use technology and inventory systems to locate products on the sales floor and in backstock areas.
• Review, process, pick, and fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Pack and label products securely, arrange shipments, and track deliveries to ensure on‑time arrival.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
• Manage and maintain accurate locations for products not displayed on the sales floor.
• Address and resolve order‑related issues, including returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
