Job summary

RTX invites motivated students to explore aerospace software through internships, co‑ops and full‑time roles. You will design, develop, and implement software using C# or VB.Net while building web interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Razor.

You will use Visual Studio or VS Code to write, debug, and test code for small to medium projects, and contribute to database work with SQL and .NET, leveraging Git for source control. MVVM/MVC patterns and XAML/Ignition are part of the toolkit.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in CS or a related STEM field.
• Experience with C# or Java.
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Razor.
• Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience with C# or Java programming languages.
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Razor.
• Experience with Integrated Development Environments such as MS Visual Studio and VS Code.

Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with implementing best practices of software development on small to medium scale projects.
• Experience with SQL, .NET, Git or other source of control framework, MVVM or MVC frameworks, XAML, Ignition

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
