uBreakiFix is an electronics repair company with 285 locations across the United States. The company offers repair services for mobile phones, computers, and other electronics. Customers have praised the company for its friendly staff and high-quality repairs, while others have complained about poor customer service and warranty issues.
We are a franchisee with 11 locations spread across Long Island, Maryland, Virginia and Louisiana.
Responsibilities of the Operations/Social Media Role include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks
- Ordering parts for the necessary stores who are in need
- Creating Purchase Orders for stores when an online order is created
- Creating social media posts across various platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Working with Ops Manager to find new marketing opportunities
- Assisting in creating data reporting/data analysis
- Adapting to market needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Microsoft Suite
- Social Media Literacy
- Invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Attendance/Punctuality/Dependability.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Consistently personable and always maintaining a friendly team attitude.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Background in previous Social Media role
