What you’ll do:

We are looking for an Associate Media Planner to play a critical role in our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building support content for the team.
• Enter and submit campaign operations requests such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
• Contribute to the integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs.
• Aid with creative assets documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setup.

Your experience:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired but not essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to enter data and complete projects with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Highly motivated to assist others on the team.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Desire to continually learn and improve.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
