Job summary

You will implement training, monitor daily operations, and coach staff to boost guest satisfaction, grow revenue, and maintain morale.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Current Certifications as needed.
• This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency.
• Maintains production, supply costs and inventory by adhering to standards.
• Audits service and quality regularly.
