Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to rotating schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years supervising crews.
• Experience with rotating shifts including holidays/weekends.
• Experience in a union environment or military leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and reinforce safety program and housekeeping.
• Direct activities of operating crew and coordinate material movement.
• Supervise union employees and liaise with vendors/contractors.
• Monitor operation to meet quality and operating guidelines.
• Plan production activities to meet costs and efficiency goals.
• Implement production plans and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
