Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow store operations to learn policies, procedures and competencies.
• Prepare a summary presentation on an operational area for management review.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions to develop subject matter expertise.
• Assist customers, answer product inquiries, and support loyalty program.
