Activision Blizzard is seeking a Senior Associate, Operations for Treyarch in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports day-to-day workplace operations, including invoicing, PO processing, inventory, facilities requests, and onboarding preparations.

You will coordinate with accounts payable, procurement, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate processing and high standards of office presentation. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of office management or operations experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience coordinating high-volume office operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience processing invoices and purchase orders; working with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily workplace operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
• Process invoices and purchase orders with accounts payable and procurement teams.
• Monitor, replenish and organize office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate facilities requests and resolve issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Oversee meal delivery coordination and food/beverage operational needs.
• Direct day porter priorities and maintain office cleanliness standards.
• Prepare desks and workspaces for new hires to support onboarding.
• Assist with onsite events and employee experience initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with employees, vendors and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service standards.
