Qualifications

• 4+ years in office management or operations in a corporate setting.
• Experience processing invoices and purchase orders with vendors and AP.
• Strong communication with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily workplace operations delivering office services efficiently.
• Process invoices and PO’s with accounts payable and procurement.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate facilities requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee Sharebite delivery coordination and food-related ops.
• Direct day porter priorities and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Manage mailroom shipping, receiving, and onboarding setup.
• Support onsite events and employee experience initiatives.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and vendors.
