Job summary

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Accounting Operations based in Santa Monica, CA. You will oversee timely and accurate close processes, provide governance through our outsourcing model, and ensure alignment with internal policies and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience with close and reporting.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review close journal entries and reconciliations with outsourced teams.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive accuracy and improvement.
• Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with business and finance teams for proper accounting.
• Support internal/external audits and control adherence.
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support testing and administration of accounting systems.
