The position emphasizes balancing hours, capital and non-capital workload using Maximo, coordinating preconstruction requirements, and delivering timely schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; commensurate experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of related planning/scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with planning/scheduling of work, construction and maintenance practices.
• Planning/scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-month work plans balancing hours with Capital and Non-Capital workload.
• Utilize Maximo to evaluate projects, programs and maintenance work.
• Coordinate and track regulatory work related to inspections and maintenance.
• Analyze overtime needs; balance work type, workforce availability and costs.
• Coordinate preconstruction requirements and necessary permits, notices, and interdependencies.
• Plan and lead weekly schedule meetings with stakeholders.
