Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or minimum two years of directly-related work experience required.
• Proven commitment to racial, economic, and gender justice; the mission of NFG; and appreciation for diverse communities.
• Professionalism, respectful communication style; detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Database and systems management, including maintaining Salesforce and Drupal integration.
• Design, generate, and analyze reports, dashboards, and statistics from the database.
• Provide office administration and onboarding support to staff.
• Coordinate travel, office supplies, and meeting logistics for Oakland staff and events.
• Support fundraising and membership efforts with data analysis and reporting.
• Learn and train staff on Salesforce and other applications as needed.
• Troubleshoot IT issues with consultants and coordinate system upgrades.
