Job summary

American Underground Supply in Omaha, NE, is seeking an entry-level Associate to support customers and learn the waterworks distribution business. You will greet customers, process orders, and learn product knowledge across pipe, valves, fittings, tools, and related inventory.

We offer hands-on training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for growth in operations, sales, or leadership. Prior wholesale or forklift experience is a plus, but not required for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Wholesale distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support — greet customers, answer questions, guide purchases.
• Sales Transactions — process orders accurately using POS system.
• Product Knowledge — learn AUS’s inventory of pipe, valves, fittings, tools.
• Inventory Support — maintain one of the Midwest’s most comprehensive inventories.
• Retail Math — assist with pricing, discounts, and stock calculations.

• Customer Support — Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them through purchases
