Job summary

Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative invites applications for an Operations Administrator to support the Operations Department. You will research, prepare reports, handle information requests, schedule, and assist with safety programs and records to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role includes coordinating safety programs, training initiatives, and fleet/records management while maintaining professional relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Rural electric cooperative experience preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurability.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Reliable transportation to report to work and travel between locations as needed.
• Must meet pre-employment drug screening and comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Operations, including reports, correspondence and scheduling.
• Plan, develop and conduct safety, health and loss prevention programs and maintain related records.
• Coordinate safety, industrial hygiene and disaster/contingency planning efforts.
• Prepare OSHA forms and regulatory reports; maintain safety records.
• Coordinate training programs including Apprentice/Journeyman Lineman program.
• Support operations administration: fleet records, meetings, communications, and documentation.
• Assist with confidential administrative tasks for Operations leadership.
