Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is offering a paid 12-week internship in the United States, with assignments spanning supply chain operations from New England to Pennsylvania. Interns will gain hands-on experience, support daily operations, prepare reports, and participate in professional development activities.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have completed sophomore year, and demonstrate strong Excel and Google Suite skills, plus effective communication and problem solving

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Sophomore year must be completed by internship start date
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Major in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Organized with attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations across New England/I-91 corridor and Pennsylvania
• Assist daily operations and administrative tasks in the assigned department
• Prepare presentations, reports and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive efficiency
• Attend meetings, take notes and contribute ideas
• Support development of department tools, templates and methodologies
• Build professional relationships across departments
• Complete special projects and an end-of-internship presentation
• Support warehouse safety initiatives and regulatory compliance
• Utilize Benchmark Gensuite for tasks and projects
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Field Training, HR on shared initiatives
