Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is offering a paid 12-week internship in Brattleboro, VT, designed to provide hands-on experience in wholesale grocery operations and supply chain support across New England and Pennsylvania.

You will gain exposure to presentations, reports, and process improvements, while collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and safety programs. A mentor and buddy support will help you develop professionally.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Will have completed Sophomore year by the internship start.
• Maintains a good academic standing, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Majoring in Occupational Health And Safety or related field.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas.
• Aid in enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies.
• Gain exposure to department functionalities and cross‑department relationships.
• Complete special projects as assigned by your manager.
• Present end-of-internship learnings to showcase objectives achieved.
• Support warehouse safety engagement programs and regulatory initiatives.
